High Park Residence

This project undertakes an extensive renovation of a typical early 20th century Edwardian home in Toronto’s west end, and aims to update the interior to meet the contemporary needs of the homeowners, while retaining the traditional character that drew them to this specific vintage of older homes.

Based in Montreal, Vives St Laurent bring their refined sensibility to the work and the home contains pops of rich texture and unexpected colour, while still remaining very much a neutral backdrop within which everyday life can unfold.
