Arcana Muskoka

The Arcana cabins that became a popular getaway for city dwellers seeking an immersive experience in nature are adding a new lakeside site in Muskoka.

When the first of these prefabricated cabins were installed at the new site in early 2023, I had the chance to photograph the mirrored cottage in situ, along with imagery of the surrounding landscape and wood-fired bathtubs that will be part of the guest experience.

The one-bedroom cabins are nestled within secluded groves of mature hemlock trees, with eastern views over the lake that will awaken future visitors with the early morning light filtering through the foliage.
